Date Ideas - Drive In Cinema

The commonly frowned upon movie as a date idea is much improved with a drive in cinema experience.

Lunar Drive In Cinema, located in Dandenong, offers all the latest releases at a reasonable cost. You can bring your own pillows and blankets and watch the movie from the boot of your car.

It is possible to book tickets online, but I don't think it's necessary as long as you come ~30 minutes early depending on how popular the movie is.

Cost: $28/car = $14/person

It's great to also have food in the comfort of your own car whilst enjoying the movie. You can even opt to bring your own cheese platter should you wish to go fancy.

I would personally recommend the lunar burger, and avoid the cheeseburger. The popcorn is mediocre, but popcorn is popcorn.
