Date Ideas - Shooting Range

If you've ever wondered what shooting a gun would feel like, look no further than the Sporting Shooters Association of Australia located in Springvale off Princess Highway.

Shooting sounds dangerous but I promise it's not. It's similar to archery and axe throwing where you aim at a target. You are provided with your own target so you can track how accurate your shooting is.

This is the main option for unlicensed shooters. Taking fire from a sniper's nest.

The rifles have scopes to zoom in on those tiny looking targets.

I don't know if it's just me, but I thought the bullets would travel in a relatively straight pattern like how it seems in the movies. That is absolutely not the case and a light breeze has a big impact.

At the end of the session it was honestly more painful for my elbow because of how it scraped against the mat when I lied down and took aim.

It costs around $50/person. Not too shabby if I do say so myself.
